MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS.

BILLING & RENEWALS

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Clients wishing to cancel a monthly membership must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Annual Membership

Annual memberships are billed in full upfront and automatically renew annually unless canceled with at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the renewal date.

Annual memberships are non-refundable and may not be canceled mid-term. Partial refunds or prorated reimbursements for unused portions of the annual membership will not be provided.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing, budget, and style preference information, as well as communicating any updates regarding wardrobe needs or lifestyle changes.

Clients are solely responsible for all purchases, exchanges, and returns associated with recommended items.

THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

The Style Collective is not responsible for retailer inventory changes, pricing changes, shipping delays, discontinued items, garment fit, damages, or third-party retailer policies.

NO GUARANTEE

Styling recommendations are subjective and based on the information provided by the client. The Style Collective does not guarantee specific results, item availability, or client satisfaction with third-party products or purchases.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All moodboards, lookbooks, styling materials, written recommendations, branding, and creative content provided by The Style Collective remain the intellectual property of The Style Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

TERMINATION

The Style Collective reserves the right to terminate membership services at any time in cases of misuse of services, harassment, inappropriate conduct, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Style Collective shall not be held liable for any issues related to third-party retailers, product quality, garment fit, allergic reactions, shipping delays, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from purchases made through recommended links.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing or subscribing to a Style Collective Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
