No Returns Policy

At Closet Intuition we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

2. Process for Exchange:

- Contact our customer service team at closetintuitionstore@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facility.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the new item.

3. Exchange Processing Time:

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 business days, and the new item will be shipped to you.
